Imre has appointed Aleisia Gibson Wright as chief growth officer.

Gibson Wright will work to augment the firm’s new business pipeline and grow existing client relationships as the agency seeks more AOR assignments, it said in a statement.

Brian Simmons, who previously served as Imre’s chief growth officer, left the firm after seven years in October to join marketing leadership company January Digital as head of growth, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Prior to Imre, Gibson Wright, who was honored as a member of PRWeek’s Health Influencer 30 list in 2023, was Lippe Taylor’s first healthcare MD, joining the firm in 2022. Before leading health at Lippe Taylor and sister agency twelvenote, Gibson Wright was EVP at Havas Health & You and Red Havas Health PR.

Imre also said on Tuesday that it has established a strategic committee in partnership with its executive board. President Anna Kotis is leading the firm’s executive leadership.

The agency also appointed Maryann Kuzel as EVP of data and analytics. She has joined Imre from BGB Group, where she served as EVP of data analytics and customer experience. Kuzel will work to build capabilities that empower Imre’s teams and expand the depth of insights that brands need to reach their markets, the firm said in a statement.

Gibson Wright and Kuzel are reporting to Kotis.

The expanded executive board also includes former Wunderman Thompson CEO Becky Chidester as chair of the newly formed strategic committee, focusing on a customer-centric approach with data-driven innovation. Imre board member and former president and CEO of Optum Analytics Virginia McFerran will work alongside Chidester.

Imre reported a revenue increase of 9% to $49 million globally and in the U.S. in 2022, according to PRWeek’s Agency Business Report 2023.
