Omnicom Health Group has promoted Gena Pemberton to chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer. Pemberton joined the company’s leadership team in 2020, and since then has spearheaded the Healthy Inclusion program and expanded OHG’s employee resource groups. She also helped launch DEI University as part of Healthy Inclusion.
“DEI is vital to the mission of OHG and truly enriches our culture and the work we do,” Ed Wise, CEO of OHG, said in a statement. “Gena has been an outstanding addition to our leadership team, implementing and leading diversity, equity and inclusion strategies internally and externally with tremendous success.”
