Redi-Mail Direct Marketing has acquired PPS Medical Marketing Group.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the transaction, Redi-Mail Direct Marketing will become one of only 10 database licensees (DBLs) of American Medical Association proprietary data, with the ability to resell the data.
Redi-Mail services associated with this database license will enable medical marketers to send physicians updated information on goods and services in support of their medical practices.
The Fairfield, N.J.-based Redi-Mail said it also plans on expanding its pharmaceutical sampling business and will remarket a number of rebate and coupon programs.
