Ruder Finn

Ruder Finn, now in its 75th year, continues to chart a distinctive path in the way PR helps brands grow. With bold communications strategies, it aims to redefine leadership, reimagine the marketplace and rethink customer experiences. Long-term clients include Pfizer, AbbVie and Citigroup.

The agency is organized around three core areas: Health and wellness, corporate reputation and tech and innovation.

Recently, Ruder Finn beefed up its offerings by adding RF Creative Studios, which creates engagement-driving digital content, and RF Streaming & Screening, adding award-winning directors to create and place client-sponsored films.

In the corporate reputation division, it debuted Internal Customer Experience to start employee engagement initiatives across future-workplace models to aid training, recruitment and retention.

And with RF TechLab, an emerging technology and analytics incubator, it now offers conversational AI, advanced data visualization and social intelligence to clients.

Such innovations rely on keeping its 1,140 employees sharp. With innovations such as the new TechLab ShopTalks series, it offers insights into emerging technologies, data and analytics. The program creates a comfortable learning environment, using external experts.

Ruder Finn recently acquired Comunicad, a multicultural agency specializing in community engagement and cultural intelligence, and Touchdown, a technology communications agency that focuses on mobility, cybersecurity, data protection, networks and cloud.
