Create NYC has been 100% virtual for more than a decade, which meant 2020 was its moment to shine. The agency dramatically increased revenue from $17.8 million to $24.1 million, a 36% gain. Representing more than 100 brands, its campaigns for blockbusters Xeljanz and Opdivo stood out as exceptional. And it added a new AOR service launched for select brand types in biosimilar, late-life brands and brands with limited resources. The growth is continuing in 2021, with gains of 20%.
