Think your agency or biopharma company offers the best workplace in healthcare marketing? Tell us about it, and if selected you could be featured in MM&M.

We know that with talent acquisition once again topping the list of the industry’s biggest challenges, firms are doing all they can to lure professionals with the right blend of creative, technology, and marketing expertise. Being named among the MM&M Best Places to Work can help you stand out from the competition.
Here’s how the contest works. Fill out a brief MM&M Best Places to Work 2018 questionnaire to determine eligibility (one person per company, please). US agencies and vendors focused on the healthcare space, as well as drug and medical device manufacturers with US offices, may apply.
By completing the questionnaire (deadline: Aug. 30, 2018) and paying the entry fee, you agree to be the contact person for your company.
We’ll send you a link to the full survey, which you can share with as many of your colleagues as you wish. (We recommend sending it to at least 10% of your company’s staff.) Completed surveys are due by Sept. 14, 2018.
MM&M will collate scores and narrow entries down to a shortlist, then convene a panel of MM&M staff and external judges — experts in talent recruitment within the healthcare marketing sector — to pick the winners. They’ll select three to four Best Places to Work in each of four categories: small, medium, and large agency or vendor, plus the best client-side workplace.
Top vote-getters will receive a write-up in MM&M‘s December 2018 issue, distinguishing your firm as a magnet for exceptional talent. Any survey data collected as part of the Best Places to Work contest will be anonymized (other than the associated company) and will be aggregated and shared only with our judges.
Any questions about the questionnaire, survey, or BPTW contest should be directed to [email protected]. May the best workplaces win!
