Bristol-Myers Squibb’s board named president and COO Lamberto Andreotti CEO effective May 4, when current chairman and CEO James Cornelius retires from that role. Cornelius will continue to serve as chairman.

Bausch and Lomb named Jane Mazur VP, public relations, global/North America vision care. Mazur joins the company from Ogilvy PR, where she was EVP, director of national media.
