Dorland Global Corp. named Camela Morrissey president, Dorland Global Public Relations. Morrissey joins Dorland from New York Hospital Queens, where she was VP, public affairs, marketing and patient satisfaction, and replaces Nancy Bacher Long, who will remain with the agency in a consultancy role.
Pfizer named Mace Rothenberg, MD to head clinical development and medical affairs for its Oncology Business Unit. Dr. Rothenberg joins the firm from Vanderbilt, where he was a professor. He will be responsible for overseeing all clinical R&D activities as well as post-marketing evaluation and monitoring of oncology products, and will coordinate evaluation of anticancer compounds emerging from Pfizer’s Biotechnology and Bioinnovation Center, along with candidates for in-licensing.
