Astellas Pharma announced the appointment of Seigo Kashii to president and CEO of the company’s North American subsidiary. Yoshihiko Hatanaka, previously president and CEO, will become chief strategy officer and chief financial officer at Astellas headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Marketing Technology Solutions appointed Rob Rebak to CEO. Rebak was most recently CEO at ParentingTeensNetwork. Earlier in his career, Rebak worked in various capacities for Pfizer, Schering-Plough and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
