Rx drug ads prompt nearly a third of Americans to ask theirdoctor about an advertised drug, and of those who ask, 82% get a prescription, accordingto a survey of 1,695 US adults by Kaiser Family Foundation, the Harvard Schoolof Public Health and USA Today. The survey found respondents evenly divided onpharma, with 47% saying they had a favorable impression and 44% said they hadan unfavorable impression.
