Williams-Labadie, a division of the Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, has announced the appointment of Frank Bartco to senior account supervisor. Bartco will be responsible for the Astellas Pharma business, as well as supervising Adenoscan and Lexiscan accounts. He will report to Jim Grossman, SVP, management supervisor.
