With more than 25 years of experience building successful brands and markets, Ann Cave can fairly be called a true force in the industry. Cave’s most recent accomplishment — starting the Intouch Boston office in 2019 with only a few local clients and a startup staff, and now leading Intouch’s largest affiliate, managing rapid growth and creating significant new revenue streams— is just one of the impressive stats of her tenured and noteworthy career.
Beyond this growth in revenue and business, colleagues suggest Cave’s most significant accomplishment is perhaps the way she mentors, grows and leads her teams. Throughout the past few years of rapid change and unknowns, she has grown her team structure to more than 65 reports and provided steadiness, unending support and guidance, new challenges and opportunities.
