Spanbauer values sharing his marketing talents with other organizations dedicated to promoting healthy communities. He serves as a board member of Adventure Crew, which connects inner-city kids with outdoor adventures, and as a mentor with Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, an organization that empowers young people to overcome obstacles in education, career and life.
