Judy Capano began her accomplished career as a sales rep and then sales trainer at Marion Merrill Dow, where she honed her skills at succinct communication — not only with respect to the specifics of brands and medical marketing, but also to the motivation required to drive her sales colleagues forward. After many years in agency leadership roles at Harrison and Star, McCann Healthcare and Wishbone (acquired by Rosetta/Publicis), she cofounded Calcium in 2012. Benefitting from Capano’s skill and leadership, Calcium has grown to a 120-person agency, with many team members looking to her as a role model for managing productive lives and careers.
Capano is a longstanding board member of The Promise Project, an organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged children with learning disabilities receive the interventions they need to succeed in school and beyond.
