For nearly 30 years, Linda Ruschau has led innovation in point of care. From interactive exam rooms to HCP-facing platforms to mobile and beyond, she has brought together patient, caregiver, provider and client voices to develop new solutions for PatientPoint’s tech-enabled platform. Ruschau was a driving force behind the establishment of the Point of Care Communication Council (POC3) and helped lead the recent industry charge on transparency in auditing. Under Ruschau’s leadership, PatientPoint has created countless positive patient outcomes — from increased colonoscopies to reduced distribution of opioids — in the largest footprint in POC.
Over the years, Ruschau has successfully catapulted her personal passion for mental health awareness, addiction and support for patients suffering life-threatening illnesses into strategic PatientPoint partnerships with organizations including Shatterproof, Imerman Angels and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She is a member of Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
