MANUFACTURERS SkinMedica has named Michelle Saunders VP of pharmaceutical marketing. In this position she will have overall responsibility marketing activities for SkinMedica products EpiQuin Micro, Vaniqa and NeoBenz Micro. Previously an industry consultant, Saunders has held management positions with Collagen BioMedical, Berlex Laboratories and Elan Pharmaceuticals in the past. Specialty company, Zylera Pharmaceuticals, named Robert Moscato and James “Hank” Williams, III to lead the company’s marketing and sales initiatives. Moscato was most recently senior product manager with a specialty pharmaceutical company, Cornerstone BioPharm. For more than five years, Moscato held product marketing roles with GlaxoSmithKline. Williams spent nearly 20 years with subsidiaries of Mylan Laboratories, including Bertek Pharmaceuticals, most recently serving as national accounts manager for specialty distribution. AGENCIES Chandler Chicco Agency named Marianne Eisenmann head of its research division, Determinus.  Eisenmann is charged with continuing to grow Determinus and providing new perspectives on applying research to healthcare communications for consumers and physicians.  Eisenmann has more than 20 years of experience in managing PR and communications research programs for global clients including Amgen, Cephalon, Eli Lilly, Novartis and Pfizer.  She was previously managing director, North America at Echo Research, where she was responsible for driving the UK-based firm’s North American expansion. Kane and Finkel Healthcare Communications (K&F) has announced three promotions and the addition of nine new employees. Stefanie Peischl has been promoted from management supervisor to VP, director of client services. Kyle Ingham has been promoted from account supervisor to account group supervisor. Chris Feifer has been promoted from associate art director to art director. Kevin Goldsworth joins K&F as management supervisor. He previously worked for Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift as VP, account supervisor. Peter Sweeney joins as financial manager. Previously, he worked at Publicis & Hal Riney as client financial manager. Agnes Bussey joins K&F as production manager. She previously worked at Anderson DDB as freelance print producer/art buyer. Jessica Spenchian joins as account executive. Previously, she worked at the European Foundation of Oncology and Environmental Sciences. Wei-Lun Hsu joins as systems administrator. She previously worked at Pacific Coast E&S Insurance Services. John Carnemolla joins as project manager. Prior to joining K&F, he worked at Gap Inc. as project manager. Kim Witten joins as senior production artist. She previously owned I For Design and has experience as a production artist and graphic designer for companies such as Santen Incorporated and the Napa Valley Register. Scott Sims joins K&F as account coordinator. He has previous experience as an account manager. Qiana Pasana joins K&F as Office Assistant. She previously worked as lead customer service rep for Joseph Schmidt Confections. AbelsonTaylor has promoted Amanda Acevedo and Marybeth Brien to senior art director, Natalie Greer to senior copywriter, and Erin Kasdin to copywriter.
