Grey Direct has added three new staff members to its wellness group: Bryan Gaffin, vice president, group creative director; Silvia Schmidt, senior art director; and Jason Hart, art director.

Adient, a CommonHealth professional advertising and promotion agency, has promoted Jennifer Cerulli to vice president, account group supervisor, from vice president, account supervisor. Deanna Holland has been promoted to vice president, account supervisor, from account supervisor. Tina Simitz becomes vice president, account group supervisor. And Michael Sahns moved to assistant account executive. The agency also welcomes new hires Tom Maples, group copy supervisor; Todd Williams, a group art supervisor; Daniel Anderson, art director; Antoinette Portelli, senior designer; Timothy Groeger, production assistant; and Paul Triolo, senior traffic coordinator, and Michael Koch and Kimberly Wong, traffic coordinators.

Health Learning Systems (HLS), CommonHealth’s founding medical-education unit, announced two new hires. Dipika Dabhi has joined HLS as program coordinator within the program-management division. Conor Fogarty has come to HLS as program coordinator for the publication sector.

Abelson-Taylor has hired Amie Casson as senior account supervisor. She will handle the account for Neulasta, an Amgen product that fights chemotherapy induced neutropenia (white blood cell deficiency) for cancer patients.

Cendi Eblin has been named copywriter at Stonefly Communications Group. Prior to joining Stonefly, she served as copywriter at SBC Advertising. Sarah Schwabauer has joined as account executive. Before coming to the agency, she served as a senior communications coordinator at Nationwide Insurance.

Laura Perry has joined the Commonhealth unit Altum as vice president, account group supervisor. Prior to Altum, Perry worked at Corbett Accel Healthcare Group in Chicago as vice president, senior director, where she led strategic positioning and branding development for her account.

Ideon Healthcare Education, an accredited developer of professional med ed and member of Publicis Groupe, has hired Joyce Riffer as account supervisor. Riffer most recently served as a group account supervisor and director of continuing medical education (CME) at the Pragmaton Office of Medical Education in Chicago. Kari Levine has joined the firm as a project manager. Prior to coming on board, she worked for MedReviews, LLC.

Elizabeth Paczolt, and Amy Supnick have been hired as medical directors by Interlink Healthcare Communications. The two form part of the agency’s Medical Strategy and Communications department, offering expertise in a range of disease areas and developing promotional and med ed programs for pharmaceutical and medical imaging clients. Paczolt is a radiologist; Supnick, an endocrinologist and internist.

TNS Healthcare has announced the creation of a Specialty Healthcare Group in North America, backed up by four senior appointments. The new group is aimed at small to mid-size pharmaceutical, biotech, device and diagnostic companies, as well as consulting and advertising agencies. Michael Rosenberg, formerly global infrastructure and knowledge management officer, becomes the group’s president; Jonathan Kay and Jeremy Brody, co-founders of TNS Jstreet, will occupy senior positions (president, business solutions and sales, and senior vice-president, panel activities, respectively) and Adam Warner joins as an account manager with major responsibilities in the area of client sales.
