Interactive CME program developer Accelera has announced that it will “create a unified company” with skills training and facilitated workshops provider Romar Consulting beginning in January 2006.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Debbie Ung, president of the Baltimore-based Accelera told MM&M that further details would
not be available until the beginning of 2006.
In January, Accelera became a licensee of Johns Hopkins Medicine International, the organization tasked with sharing Hopkins research, education, and patient care with institutions and physicians.
Accelera and Woodlands, Texasbased Romar are both subsidiaries of the life sciences firm Alpha Genesis, which is headquartered in Washington,D.C.
