Dems lead Michigan House in vote to repeal state law

Democrats in the Michigan House of Representatives led a vote in February to repeal a state law protecting drug companies from product liability lawsuits involving drugs that have been approved by the FDA. The repeal goes to the Republican-controlled state Senate, which is not expected to look favorably upon it.
