HealthStar names Muratore to succeed Levy

Rich Levy has resigned as president of HealthStar Advertising after almost two years with the agency, a unit of independent HealthStar Communications. Most recently, he was working on integrating various units within HealthStar and he also helped the agency land six major accounts.
HealthStar has named Bob Muratore as Levy's successor, giving him the new title group president of agency services. Muratore also serves as executive vice president of corporate planning at HealthStar.
