Peter Dolan, who resigned from his post as CEO of Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2006 after a patent fight over Plavix went expensively awry, has joined the board of directors of Gemin X Pharmaceuticals, a privately held oncology drug firm based in Malvern, PA, and Montreal, Canada.

GSW Worldwide has hired Rich Levy away from Ogilvy Healthworld, where he was EVP, executive creative director, to lead creative at its New York office. He replaces co-creative directors Lisa Garrone and Mike DePirro, who left the firm in April.
