Pennsylvania-based Pinnacle Health Communications and New Jersey-based Franklyn Healthcom announced Friday they merged to form a healthcare communications parent company called Aventria Health Group. The merger was formalized in November 2015.

“As stakes have been raised, communications have evolved and new priorities have arisen, we recognized that together as Aventria, Pinnacle and Franklyn could deliver more complete solutions, along with a seamless experience for our customers,” said Pinnacle principal David Dierk in a news release.

“Aventria clients have access to unmatched knowledge and expertise, along with a full continuum of services from access strategies to digital pull-through,” added Franklyn principal Stacey Richter in the news release. “By bringing together two best-in-class agencies, we augment each other’s capabilities to deliver customer-centric solutions that are both sophisticated and insight-driven.”

Dierk, Richter and Pinnacle principal Mark DiLuigi will lead the new parent company while Pinnacle and Franklyn retain their respective company names, staff rosters and client lists. Aventria’s new headquarters are in Doylestown, Pa., with offices in Parsippany, NJ, and White Plains, NY.
