Throughout his career, Paul Wesemann has made a creative impact. This was true even from his early days working at ATD American and Unreal Marketing, and only progressed as he gained industry experience with stints at Aptus Health, Dudnyk, Rosetta and Cadient.

In his current position as associate creative director at Elevate Healthcare, Wesemann leads multiple teams, working side-by-side with designers, copywriters, strategists and account managers to develop innovative and strategic creative for campaigns. The job also requires him to collaborate internally with clients, helping them identify a campaign’s strengths and weaknesses, in order to ensure they are happy with the final results and brand messaging.
By this point in his career, Wesemann has won pretty much every major medical advertising award the industry has to offer, including multiple Clio Awards.
