40 Under 40: Blake Shewey, Snow Companies

In May 2021, Blake Shewey was promoted to president of Snow Companies. Her route to leading the agency’s 400 employees was built on her ability to simultaneously deliver results for clients, improve patient outcomes and help her colleagues progress in their careers. With the arrival of COVID-19, Shewey devised new ways to bring impactful patient experiences into a digital environment and create value for clients. A challenging year ended as a successful one: year-over-year growth was 37%, an all-time high. Shewey lives in North Carolina with her husband and dog; she practices yoga and landscape photography and roots for the Tar Heels basketball team.
