While Ian Stone’s career at CanaleComm began in 2013, since his promotion to managing director in 2019 his impact at the agency has become even more remarkable. He was responsible for an estimated 27% of CanaleComm’s revenue in 2021. Among his other accomplishments were securing and managing BridgeBio, one of the agency’s largest clients, and spearheading media coverage of the annual JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. Stone is also committed to being a mentor — two of his reports have been promoted to director positions. Outside of work, he volunteers at the Alpha Project, a nonprofit that provides housing and services to San Diego’s homeless population.
