Long before remote work became common, Sunny Beth White, who founded Xavier Creative House in 2013, realized that with digital and cloud-based platforms she could recruit brilliant creatives, wherever they were located. From 2016 to 2018, sales at XCH tripled and from 2019 to 2020, staff doubled — and then doubled again from 2020 to 2021. The growth has been built on data-inspired creative for clients such as Johnson & Johnson. With the pandemic, XCH led brands from in-office to virtual experiential communications to educate HCPs and patients. White is also the host of a podcast, Evocative Xchange, which highlights marketers, entrepreneurs and creatives implementing bold solutions.
