Ardelis may be small — only recently did it reach double digits in full-time staffers — but it punches above its weight. The company made an aggressive move on the personnel front in early 2023, poaching LevLane’s life sciences head Timmy Garde and installing him as chief growth officer. The hiring followed a year of client growth, with the agency adding project work from Dynavax Technologies, Minervax, NKGen Biotech and LimmaTech Biologics.
