Havas launched Voice in 2022 to fill a void in the realm of influencer marketing. Rather than call on the usual suspects — hello, members of the extended Kardashian universe — Voice identifies individuals with less reach but a more personal story to tell. Then there’s the agency’s social-listening tool, which taps AI to more effectively capture essential themes and insights. Pharma is very much on board, with Sanofi (three brands), ViiV Healthcare, Pfizer and Amgen hiring Voice before it had reached its first birthday.
