In that pitch meeting, you’re a star. But what if you could show those pitching talents to the world?
Join MM&M for the most exciting – and possibly terrifying – five minutes of your life when we bring the MM&M PitchSlam to three cities – New York, Philadelphia and Boston, plus a virtual option for those 50 miles outside of those three cities.
We’ll provide you with a fictional RFP for a health and wellness product. Then, you get five minutes to show a panel of expert judges – and a barroom full of your peers – just how good your pitching skills are.
The MM&M PitchSlam is open to people 30 and under. Participate as an individual or as a team with up to five members. Winners will be selected in a variety of categories, including best creative, best use of data, most audacious and more. Overall winners of each regional competition will be invited to pitch in New York City on the main stage of MM&M’s annual conference in May.
The grand prize, awarded at MM&M’s conference, will include $2,000 in cash; an MM&M Pitch Slam 2020 trophy engraved with your name; tickets to ‘A Night Out With MM&M’, MM&M’s Agency Party in New York; online, social and print promotion shining a spotlight on the MM&M 2020 Pitch Slam winner or winning team; and an automatic spot as an MM&M Young Juror for MM&M Awards 2020.
Submissions are open until February 20. Be sure to save the dates for the regional competitions: March 5 in New York, March 11 in Philadelphia and March 26 in Boston.
