Doceree continues to add to its leadership team, naming former Amazon executive Vijay Adapala as EVP of global supply partnership on Monday.

Adapala brings more than 20 years of experience in ad tech, digital media and consumer tech to the role. He will be tasked with helming Doceree’s partner expansion initiatives as well as its end-to-end global supply partnerships and supply-side partnerships.

In his most recent role at the tech giant, Adapala served as GM of Amazon Publisher Services for enterprise and SMB, web and mobile publishers. In that capacity, he was responsible for strategic vision as well as launching and scaling Amazon’s ad tech solutions.

”Vijay’s extensive and diverse experience in launching and scaling ad tech businesses, and developing global go-to market strategies makes him ideal to spearhead Doceree’s partner expansion initiatives,” Doceree CEO Harshit Jain said in a statement. “Joining at a crucial juncture when we are aggressively expanding our footprint globally, Vijay’s methodical approach will help us forge tactical and meaningful collaborations in the healthcare category, crucial to fuel our growth.”

Jain added that Doceree’s forward-looking growth strategy is predicated on establishing partnerships with “top tier supply side platforms and tech companies” in order to reach new markets and bolster existing ones.

For his part, Adapala said he is eager to join the company and enhance the HCP experience while driving business growth through the delivery of “hyper-relevant, real-time messages to healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.”

Adapala was added nearly three weeks after Doceree bolstered its executive team with the hirings of industry veterans Marco Parente and Julius Ramirez. Parente will serve as EVP of product management at the point-of-care platform, while Ramirez will step into the role of SVP of product and partnership.

Much like Adapala, Ramirez comes to the New Jersey-based point-of-care platform from a tech giant, Meta, where he led strategy and development for the tech giant’s global ad tech partnerships. The company has made several senior-level appointments over the past year.

Beyond its personnel moves, Doceree also recently partnered with Hello Health Group to incorporate its patient and consumer reach and engagement solutions into the company’s HCP targeting capabilities.
