Fingerpaint has tapped Jeralyn Mastroianni as its chief people officer. Most recently head of HR at Isobar U.S., Mastroianni will sit on the agency’s operating board and report directly to founder Ed Mitzen. She previously held HR positions at Dentsu, Citigroup and Deloitte Consulting.
