Imre has appointed Patrick Burke as CFO and Lorraine Hirsh as chief people officer.

Both Burke and Hirsh will report to president Anna Kotis. They both join Imre’s executive leadership team that includes Kotis, chief growth officer Brian Simmons and chief creative officer Patrick Sullivan, according to an agency statement.

Burke will partner with the executive leadership team and Imre’s board of directors on overall business strategy as the team continues to scale the business. Hirsh will focus on employee engagement and enablement strategy for current and future employees, the agency said in a statement.

Burke previously served as CFO and chief commercial officer at Huge. He brings with him experience negotiating large commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies and building and leading finance teams domestically and globally.

Hirsh most recently served as chief talent officer at McCann New York. She shaped DE&I initiatives while there and served as a founding member of AdFellows, the first fellowship program organization committed to hiring diverse talent in the marketing and advertising industry.

Imre’s CEO Neera Chaudhary exited the agency after just seven months in the top spot in April. Kotis has been leading day-to-day operations in the interim.

In 2022, the firm promoted Sarah Dembert to EVP and named Emily Giegerich as SVP.

Imre bolstered its health practice with the addition of Kristine Wobschall as VP of client experience and Sonal Adhav as senior director of medical affairs, also adding two digital and analytics execs, Sam Ingram as SVP of digital experience and Hui Tang as head of marketing analytics.

Imre is a New York-based full service marketing and communications agency. Clients include Amgen, AstraZeneca, Bausch & Lomb, GSK, INFINITI, John Deere and Travelers, among others.

The agency reported a revenue increase of 9% to $49 million globally in 2022, according to PRWeek’s 2023 Agency Business Report
