Merck has hired David Weinstock as VP, discovery oncology, where he’ll lead Merck Research Laboratories’ discovery oncology teams.
Previously, Weinstock served as the Lavine family chair of preventative medicine at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). He also worked as an associate physician in medical oncology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, as well as professor of medicine and pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
