Andrew Dickinson promoted to Gilead CFO

Gilead promoted Andrew Dickinson, previously EVP of corporate development and strategy, to chief financial officer, effective November 1. He is replacing Robin Washington, who will remain at the company as an advisor until early next year.

Harrison and Star named executive creative director

Adam Hessel joined Harrison and Star as EVP and executive creative director. Previously, he was creative director at GSW for four years and also worked in creative leadership roles at Publicis, The Kaplan Thaler Group and Spike DDB.

Eli Lilly diabetes head to step down

Enrique Conterno, SVP and head of Eli Lilly’s diabetes division, will step down at the end of the year. He will be replaced by Mike Mason, currently head of the company’s insulin-producing unit.

Accuray hired Medtronic’s Suzanne Winter

Suzanne Winter is taking on the role of chief commercial officer at Accuray, a medical device company focused on cancer. Winter was previously group VP for the Americans region at Medtronic Diabetes.

AngioDynamics appointed interim CFO

Stephen Trowbridge was appointed interim CFO at AngioDynamics. Trowbridge previously served as general counsel. He is succeeding Michael Greiner in the role.

Parexel named John Bell chief quality officer

John Bell has been promoted to EVP and chief quality officer at Parexel. Previously, Bell was SVP of corporate quality. He has been with the company since 2006.
