Burke Barrett was promoted to CEO at medical device maker CardioFocus. He previously served as president and COO. Barrett has been with the company since 2002.
Dermavant Sciences hires commercial chief
Chris Chapman has joined Dermavant Sciences as chief commercial officer. Previously, Chapman was VP and GM for the U.S. prescription business at Galderma.
