The awarding juries for the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity have been disclosed, with 20 healthcare leaders judging the Health & Wellness and 10 judging the Pharma Lions.

Leading the pharma jury is Collette Douaihy, global chief creative officer of health at Dentsu Health. Pharma jurors include BPG Group president Darius LaBelle and Havas Health & You chief creative and design officer Jane Motz Hayes. McCann Health, Klick Health and Eversana Intouch are among the other agencies represented on the jury.

Wendy Chan, health creative lead of Asia Pacific at Edelman, will serve as president of the health and wellness panel. She’ll be joined by Sanofi Consumer Healthcare chief growth officer Alberto Hernandez, Area 23 SVP and creative director Danielle Decatur and Publicis Health CEO Victoria Wright.

Both the pharma and health and wellness juries are larger this year than they were in 2023. The festival is scheduled to run from June 17 to 21 in Cannes, France.

Last year, Dentsu took home the Pharma Lions Grand Prix for Scrolling Therapy, an AI-powered app it developed for Eurofarma designed to help Parkinson’s disease patients slow down progression of the illness. Creative firm Special won the Health and Wellness Lions Grand Prix in 2023, courtesy of “”The Last Performance,” a campaign focused on life insurance.
