This year’s Titanium Award went to the Gold winner in the Disease Education category, Get Real About Diabetes, from Novo Nordisk, Cohn & Wolfe, Closerlook, BWR PR, Spark Foundry, and PHM.

Judges gave a thumbs up to the campaign’s difference in tone and substance compared with other programs in the crowded diabetes category. They also appreciated the team’s choice of influencer, type 2 diabetes patient Anthony Anderson of the TV show Blackish.

Honorable mentions for Best in Show were McCann Echo’s #SaveNJLives pro bono effort for New Jersey Sharing Network and CDM New York’s Multichannel Unlock campaign for Biogen’s Spinraza.
