US sales reps for eight large drug firms have filed suit against the companies for overtime pay allegedly due. The plaintiffs charge that Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Eli Lilly, Hoffman La Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and Bayer failed to compensate them for overtime work, violating federal and state labor laws.
