Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness named Kathy Delaney chief creative officer. Delaney, who also becomes global chief creative officer of the Saatchi & Saatchi Health network, joins from her own consultancy. From 2007 to 2011, she was chief creative officer and president of digital botique Nitro until its sale to Sapient. She succeeds Helayne Spivak, who left Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness in August to run Virginia Commonwealth University’s VCU Brandcenter.

Boehringer Ingelheim tapped Republica to serve as its cross-cultural agency of record. Miami-based Republica will execute a “multi-phase campaign” to raise awareness of BI brands, starting with a Hispanic push set to launch in mid-2013.

Havas Health is merging its two London health marketing shops, Havas Life and H4B. The combined agency will be called H4B London and will be led jointly by Havas Life London managing director Claire Dobbs and H4B London managing director Brad Sellars, who report to Havas Health Europe CEO Ben Davies. In other Havas news, the company launched a new logo for H4B “designed to better represent the unified, global offerings of the young, energetic H4B network.”
