Fission Communications is merging with another McCannHealthcare Worldwide Group property, UK-based Caudex Medical. CME business fromFission will transition into Scientific Frontiers, Caudex’s wholly owned CMEsubsidiary. The merger is designed to position the combined entity to offerglobal medical communications.
