Both Health Monitor Network and Coefficient Health hired industry veterans to key leadership posts Tuesday morning.

First, Health Monitor Network hired Kelli Vincent-Rodriguez to serve as SVP of over-the-counter/consumer packaged goods (OTC/CPG) clients. In the role, Vincent-Rodriguez will report to Augie Caruso, the firm’s EVP of sales and key accounts.

Vincent-Rodriguez, who previously worked at both Merck and L’Oréal, is being charged with positioning the company to strengthen the relationships between OTC/CPG clients and providers as well as patients. In addition to her prior leadership roles, she also served on the board of directors for The Corporate Diwali and the Healthcare Businesswomen Association.

“We’ve seen strong demand from OTC/CPG brands as they build true omnichannel marketing campaigns to better engage with healthcare practitioners,” said Health Monitor Network CEO David Paragamian in a statement. “Kelli will accelerate our goal of delivering brand-building solutions for OTC at critical moments and points of care, just as pharmaceutical brands have done with us for decades.”

The personnel move was made weeks after Paragamian, who has led Health Monitor Network since 2020, released his bookComing About: How We Transformed a Major Media Company and the Lessons There for You.

Meanwhile, Coefficient Health brought on Jennifer Freiling to serve as VP, group account director.

Freiling, who has worked in the industry for nearly two decades, joins the New York-based agency as it leans into the promise of its digital and data capabilities. She most recently served as director of communications at Atai Life Sciences. Prior to that, she was VP of marketing and commercial operations at Quantgene, a liquid-biopsy-based startup.

“Jennifer brings a wealth of experience, a phenomenal track record of success, and new ideas  that will continue to propel us in an exciting direction,” said Coefficient Health founding partner Frank Nestola in a statement. “Having her join us is very much in line with our ideal talent profile and vision for bringing together a diverse group of multidisciplinary individuals.”

Coefficient Health, which was named as one of the agencies to watch by MM+M as part of the 2023 MM+M Agency 100 earlier this month, hired Freiling weeks after bringing in Kim Varady to serve as executive creative director.
