CCA Advertising hired former JWT and Y&R creative chief Helayne Spivak as chief creative officer. Spivak will focus on building the firm’s consumer health franchise and will provide counsel across the Chandler Chicco Companies. In addition to her consumer work, Spivak has previously produced campaigns for Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb and J&J.
