Emily Poe’s mission to improve clients’ business has been a key to her career success. A few years ago, only two of Real Chemistry’s clients represented $10 million-plus in billings. Charged with assessing whether her integrated marketing clients would benefit from Real Chemistry’s expanding solutions in commercial, medical and data/AI, Poe helped grow five clients to $20 million-plus in billings. Her holistic approach was formalized into a growth plan and launched company-wide, resulting in a high percentage of organic growth and client renewal rates versus competitors. 

Poe was prescient in foreseeing the value of data/analytics and AI for marketers, and she was a frontrunner in helping clients adopt the technology. Long before the launch of ChatGPT, she spoke at industry events about AI’s potential in communications and marketing, and orchestrated workshops to educate clients about AI’s ability to uncover insights and reach targets with information most relevant to them. Today, nearly half of Real Chemistry’s clients use AI in their work.
