Boehringer Ingelheim announced that Dr. Georgia Papathomas has joined the company as SVP, chief information officer. In her position, Papathomas will be responsible for driving the long term information technology (IT) strategy of the company and overseeing all IT operations.

Lazur Hoyvald Goldstein Partners has hired Jennifer Michele Howard as account executive. Howard, who will report to Christian Hoyvald, managing partner, will primarily help manage Medical Resources, a growing network of nearly 70 outpatient medical diagnostic imaging centers, which recently named the firm its agency of record. Howard will also assist in the management of several other key clients and internal projects.
