NEJM celebrates 200 years


THE NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE is producing a series of review articles and perspective pieces from established authors throughout the year, part of the journal's 200th Anniversary celebration, which is being marked through content, events and applications that began with the launch of website nejm200.nejm.org last month. Also available: an interactive timeline of the history of modern medicine with archival images like the one above, taken from an 1846 issue of the journal.
